• Taxes (including GST) will be applicable as per the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data due to technical issues beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
• Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
